The period of use shall not exceed 12 months from the date of review and approval by the board of directors, that is, from August 16, 2023 to August 15, 2024.

The company held the 16th meeting of the fourth board of directors on August 16, 2023 to deliberate and pass the “Proposal on Continuing to Use Part of Idle Raised Funds for Temporary Use to Supplement Liquidity”. It was agreed that the company would continue to use no more than 93 million yuan of idle raised funds to temporarily supplement the company's working capital after returning all 160 million yuan of raised capital previously temporarily used to supplement liquidity on August 16, 2023, without affecting the implementation of fund-raising investment projects and the use of raised capital.
