Gelonghui August 11th 丨Tianli Technology (300399.SZ) announced,Recently, we received a notice from some partners of the participating company's Shangrao Tianshutong Investment Management Center (“Tianshutong” for short) to dispose of the partnership's asset shares for their own reasons, thereby reducing the shares held by the partnership to achieve full or partial withdrawal from the partnership. Also, considering the need to pay management fees and the partnership's daily expenses, Tianli Technology plans to dispose of a small portion of the partnership's asset shares.

In accordance with each partner's retirement plan, Tianshutong plans to reduce its holdings of Softcom Dynamics, distribute them in a targeted manner to each partner after the holdings reduction is completed, and implement changes in the basic information of the partnership enterprise.

If some partners successfully withdraw from the partnership, Tianli Technology's investment ratio in Tianli Technology will increase from the current 43.35% to 99.56%. After some of the partners retire, the company will comprehensively determine whether Tiansutong is included in the scope of the consolidated statement based on the agreement in the partnership agreement.
