According to the Zhitong Finance App, CHI HO DEV (08423) announced results for the three months ended June 30, 2023. The group achieved revenue of HK$643.58 million, a decrease of 23.64%; profit of HK$1.022 million during the period, a decrease of 73.79%; and profit of HK0.13 cents per share.

According to the announcement, the decline in earnings was mainly due to the decline in revenue generated by the Group from renovation and maintenance projects, renovation and addition works (RMAA), renovation projects and mixed projects undertaken by the Group due to the strong recovery of Hong Kong, China after the outbreak of the epidemic in the three months ending June 30, 2022.
