Gelonghui August 7th 丨Ren Heng Industrial Holdings (03628.HK) announced,According to the preliminary assessment of the Group's unaudited comprehensive management accounts for the six months ended June 30, 2023, compared to the loss after tax of about HK$2 million recorded in the six months ended June 30, 2022 (“same period last year”), it is expected that the Group will record an after-tax profit of about HK$600,000 to about HK$1 million during the relevant period.

The Board believes that the main reason for this anticipated increase in profit is the increase in revenue, which is offset by increased sales and distribution expenses and administrative expenses. The Group's anticipated increase in revenue is due to the fact that the Group's revenue from tobacco flavoring and flavoring machinery construction contracts during the relevant period is expected to increase by no less than 70% compared to the same period last year, mainly due to the lifting of travel restrictions, which enabled the above products to complete installation and inspection procedures.
