天虹国际集团（02678）公布，于2023年8月4日，卖方时针越南控股有限公司（公司间接全资附属公司）连同公司与买方永景实业有限公司及德永佳订立买卖协议。
据此，卖方已有条件同意出售且买方已有条件同意购买目标公司的全部股权，而卖方已同意转让且买方已同意承让贷款。 代价约为7859.19万美元（可予调整），是订约方按一般商业条款经公平磋商后达致。
公告称，目标公司时针越南有限公司主要在越南从事制造针织面料。
