According to the Zhitong Finance App, Zhaobang Kai Properties (01660) announced that the company's English name was changed from “Zhaobangji Properties Holdings Limited” to “Zhaobangji Lifestyle Holdings Limited,” and adopted the Chinese name “Zhaobangji Lifestyle Holdings Limited” as its new bilingual foreign name to replace the existing Chinese name “Zhaobangji Kai Properties Holdings Limited.”

The proposed change of company name must wait for the shareholders to pass a special resolution at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to approve the proposed change of company name and the Cayman Islands Companies Registry approves the proposed change of company name before it can be implemented.
