智通财经APP讯，MS CONCEPT(08447)发布公告，集团预期于截至2023年6月30日止3个月取得不多于200万港元的未经审核综合亏损，相比去年同期则取得410万港元的未经审核综合溢利。
公告称，本期间取得未经审核综合亏损乃主要由于去年同期取得多项政府资助，包括但不限于防疫抗疫基金持牌食物业界别资助计划及保就业计划下的资助;及由业主授予的租金宽免。
