Lin Guanliang submitted his resignation due to other matters, resigned as (i) company secretary; (ii) authorized representative of the company as stipulated in section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited securities listing rules; and (iii) the authorized representative representing the company to receive legal process documents or notices in Hong Kong as stipulated in section 16 of the Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Legislation, effective August 3, 2023.

Yang Guangwei has been appointed as (i) company secretary; (ii) authorized representative; and (iii) legal procedure documents agent, all effective from August 3, 2023, to replace Mr. Lin.
