K2 Gold (TSXV:KTO:CA) (OTCQB:KTGDF) said Thursday it plans to raise C$1.2 million through a non-brokered private placement.
The private placement consists of national charity flow-through shares offered at C$0.16 per charity FT share.
The gross proceeds of the offering will be used for a reverse circulation drill program at the Wels Gold Project in Yukon, anticipated to begin at the beginning of September.
The offering is expected to close on or about August 15, 2023.
