Gelonghui July 27th 丨Dingshi Capital (00804.HK) announced that it will hold a board meeting on August 17, 2023 (Thursday) at Room 1807, 18th Floor, China Resources Building, 26 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong, to address the following matters:

1. Review and approve the unaudited performance of the Company and its subsidiaries for the six months ended June 30, 2023 (“Interim Results”);

2. Approve the publication and publication of the company's interim results;

3. Consider the payment of interim dividends (if any);

4. Consider and approve the suspension of share transfer registration procedures (if necessary); and

5. Handle any other matters (if any).
