According to the Zhitong Finance App, Zhiao Holdings (08282) announced that it made a preliminary assessment of the Group's unaudited management accounts for the six months ended June 30, 2023 and an assessment of the latest data currently available to the Board of Directors. The Group expects a net loss of about HK$9.8 million during this period, while a net loss of about HK$1.8 million for the same period in 2022.

This anticipated increase in net loss is mainly due to a decrease of about 24% in revenue contribution from the Group's licensed mobile games and own/jointly developed games compared to the same period in 2022; and an increase in staff costs during the period.
