According to the Zhitong Finance App, Yiyuan Liquor (08146) announced that on July 26, 2023, Fujian Dexi, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and the contractor (Fuzhou Chengyu Building Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd.) signed a restaurant (first floor) interior decoration project contract and tour channel and wine cellar interior decoration project contract. The contractor will be responsible for several interior decoration projects on the first floor, tour channel and wine cellar of the distillery restaurant. The total contract amount is about RMB 6.144,000 (including VAT).

On June 26, 2023, Fujian Dexi signed a contract with the contractor for the interior decoration of the reception center and office building. The contractor agreed to be responsible for several interior decoration projects in the reception center and office building area of the distillery. The total contract amount was approximately RMB 2,845 million (including VAT). On July 24, 2023, Fujian Dexi signed a restaurant (second floor) interior decoration project contract with the contractor and an interior decoration project contract for the main house building. The contractor agreed to be responsible for several interior decoration projects on the second floor of the distillery restaurant and the owner's building. The total contract amount was approximately RMB 4,053 million (including VAT).
