Zhitong Financial App News, bot International Holdings (00668) issued a notice, according to the judgment, Sanya Court on March 20, 2023 on the guarantor's property-South Sea Road Peninsula Longwan, Sanya, China, a villa realized by auction. The property was auctioned and sold to an independent third party at a price of 28.8179 million yuan (equivalent to about HK $31.4 million). After deducting the miscellaneous costs and expenses ordered by the Sanya Court, RMB23.6451 million (equivalent to approximately HK $25.8 million) was repaid to the Group on 24 July 2023 to partially discharge its debts under these agreements.

The Group is seeking legal advice on the steps to recover the remaining arrears in accordance with the judgment.
