On January 31, 2023, the company disclosed the "2022 performance Forecast". It is estimated that the net profit belonging to the shareholders of the listed company in 2022 (hereinafter referred to as net profit) is a loss of 6 million yuan to 4.5 million yuan. On April 27th, the company disclosed its annual report for 2022 and reported an audited net profit of 9.6055 million yuan in 2022. The performance forecast disclosed by the company on January 31 is inaccurate, which violates the provisions of Article 3 of the measures for the Administration of Information Disclosure of listed companies (CSRC order No. 182).

According to Article 52 of the measures for the Administration of Information Disclosure of listed companies (CSRC order No. 182), the Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to take administrative supervision measures to issue warning letters to the company.
