According to the Zhitong Finance App, INTL GENIUS (00033) announced that Wu Yu has submitted his resignation as Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors and Executive Director due to other business responsibilities, effective July 25, 2023. After Wu Yu resigns, he will also no longer serve as the company's authorized representative, chairman of the company's executive committee and member of the remuneration committee as stipulated in section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited securities listing rules.

In recognition of Wu Yu's valuable contributions to the company and group during his tenure, the board of directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Wu Yu as the company's honorary chairman, effective July 25, 2023.

Zhang Jiahui will be transferred from the position of the company's chief financial officer to the position of the company's chief executive. It will take effect from July 25, 2023, but will remain as the company's joint company secretary. Zhang Jiahui has been a director of several subsidiary companies of the company.

Leung Ka-ying has resigned as authorized representative, effective from July 25, 2023, but remains the joint company secretary. Following Wu Yu's resignation and Leung Ka-ying's resignation as authorized representative, Lin Feng, executive director of the company, and Zhang Jiahui, CEO and co-secretary of the company, have been appointed as authorized representatives, effective July 25, 2023.

Since July 25, 2023, Dai Chengyan, a non-executive director of the company, has been appointed as a member of the company's remuneration committee.
