On July 18, GLONGHUA | Huatai UBS (08006.HK) announced that Mr. Yang Xingan had submitted his resignation as an executive director and authorized representative of the company because he intended to focus on his other business. Mr. Wang Tao has been appointed as the authorized representative to replace Mr. Yang, effective July 18, 2023.

The Board further announced that (i) Ms. Wang Qingling has resigned as an independent non-executive director, member of the Board Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee due to the need to spend more time on other matters; and (ii) Ms. Chow Yiting has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee respectively.
