The share of costs and expenses increased during the reporting period, which led to a decline in the company's net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies for the half year 2023 compared to the same period last year.

During the reporting period, non-recurring profit and loss is estimated to be about 16.50 million yuan, of which 51.00% of the shares of the disposal holding subsidiary Shanghai Beifei Automation Instrument Co., Ltd. generated revenue of about 160.0 million yuan.
