The company expects to achieve net loss of 15.6 million yuan to 23.3 million yuan attributable to owners of the parent company in the first half of 2023, from profit to loss compared to the same period last year; it is expected to achieve net loss of 23.6 million yuan to 35.4 million yuan after deducting non-recurring profit and loss attributable to owners of the parent company in 2023, compared with the same period last year.

The main reason for the projected increase in performance and loss in the current period: Net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies for the reporting period fell sharply compared to the same period last year, mainly due to drastic changes in investment income: the company confirmed that the investment income of Huatai Futures Co., Ltd. and the dividends of Xiamen International Bank Co., Ltd. totaled 127 million yuan in the same period in 2022. Since no cash dividends were received from Xiamen International Bank Co., Ltd. from 2019 to 2021, there was no such income during the reporting period. Furthermore, in the first half of 2023, the company's real estate online contract sales area was 3196.45 square meters, up 621.69% year on year; the amount of online signing was 693.4441 million yuan, up 1031.83% year on year. Since some of them had not yet been carried over in the first half of 2023, they did not contribute to the company's profits.
