SAGUENAY, QC, July 12, 2023 /CNW/ - Arianne Phosphate (the "Company" or "Arianne") (TSXV: DAN) (OTC: DRRSF) (FRANKFURT: JE9N), a development-stage phosphate mining company, advancing the Lac à Paul project in Quebec's Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region, is pleased to announce that it has retained Hybrid Financial Ltd. ("Hybrid") to provide marketing services to the Company. Hybrid has been engaged to heighten market and brand awareness for Arianne and to broaden the Company's reach within the investment community.
Hybrid has agreed to comply with all applicable securities laws and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") in providing the Services.
Hybrid has been engaged by the Company for an initial period of six months starting July 2023 (the "Initial Term") which may be renewed thereafter. Hybrid will be paid a monthly fee of $15,000, plus applicable taxes, during the term of the engagement.
About Arianne Phosphate:
Arianne Phosphate ("Arianne Phosphate Inc.") () is developing the Lac à Paul phosphate deposits located approximately 200 km north of the Saguenay/Lac St. Jean area of Quebec, Canada. These deposits will produce a high quality igneous apatite concentrate grading 39% P2O5 with little or no contaminants (Feasibility Study released in 2013). The Company has 196,809,271 shares outstanding.
