James Fu Bin Lu has resigned as an executive director and ceased to be the company's authorized representative in accordance with section 5.24 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited GEM Securities listing rules to focus on his other business responsibilities; 2. Li Qing Ni has resigned as executive director to focus on his other business responsibilities; 3. Lu Cheng has resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the company's remuneration committee, and each member of the company's audit committee and nomination committee to focus on other business responsibilities; 4. Shi Kangping has resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee to focus on his other business responsibilities; and 5. Kim Chun Tai has resigned as an independent non-executive director and the respective members of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee to focus on other business responsibilities.

Following the resignation of James Fu Bin Lu, the Board of Directors also announced that Executive Director Xu Qiang has been appointed as the authorized representative, effective July 12, 2023.

Immediately after the resignation of the director: 1. The Audit Committee will have no members or a chairman; 2. Xu Qiang was appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and the Remuneration Committee will be composed of Xu Qiang and Yu Qinglong; and 3. The nomination committee will be composed of Xu Qiang and Yu Qinglong.
