Since the signing of the “Framework Agreement”, Fengyuan Co., Ltd. based on the results of due diligence on Qinghai Juzhiyuan investment matters,Furthermore, based on its own development stage and strategic development direction, they believed that the Qinghai Juzhiyuan Investment Project did not meet its internal requirements for investment targets, and decided to terminate the investment project.

According to the separate “Guarantee Contract” agreement signed between the company and Fengyuan Co., Ltd. if Fengyuan Co., Ltd. has not decided whether to continue investing 60 days after the “Framework Agreement” comes into effect, the company's guarantee liability is automatically terminated. As of the date of publication of this announcement, the company's guarantee liability for Fengyuan Co., Ltd.'s payment of a deposit of 71,602,222.00 yuan to Qinghai Juzhiyuan was automatically terminated because Fengyuan Co., Ltd. did not “decide whether to continue investing within 60 days after the entry into force of the Framework Agreement”.
