The time for this share reduction plan expires.

The second share reduction plan of Konka Group in 2023 has entered the implementation stage. The plan is to reduce the company's shares by no more than 276.682 million shares (that is, no more than 6% of the company's total share capital) from July 01, 2023 to December 31, 2023 by means of centralized bidding or bulk transactions, and the proportion of shares sold in 2023 will not exceed 10%.
