On July 3, GLONGWI | Zongheng Tour Holdings (08069.HK) announced that Guyguide Limited, a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, is currently in discussions with a payment processing provider that provides an online transaction payment system on possible cooperation to use the supplier's payment system to sell air tickets and/or hotel accommodations to Hong Kong retail customers under the Guyguide brand.

The Board believes that the possible cooperation will enable the Group to reach more Hong Kong customers through the supplier's payment system. Therefore, the Board believes that this will expand the Group's future earnings base and is expected to increase the return on investment for the company's shareholders.
