As revealed in the prospectus, the total number of Zhongan Smart Shares proposed for sale according to the global offering will be 126,66.8 million Zhongan Smart Shares (assuming that no overallocation rights have been exercised), accounting for about 25.0% of the total number of Zhongan Smart Shares issued following the completion of the global offering, and 145,66.8 million shares of Zhongan Smart Shares (assuming that all of the overallotment rights have been exercised), accounting for the total number of Zhongan Smart shares issued following the completion of the global sale and the full number of overallocated shares obtained About 27.7%. The sale price of Zhongan Smart Shares in the global offering is expected to be no less than HK$1.18 per share of Zhongan Smart Shares and no higher than HK$1.48 per share (if the sale price is set at a maximum of 10% lower than the lower limit of the indicative offer price range, then the minimum offering price will be HK$1.07 per share).
