The average daily market value of unrestricted A-shares and unrestricted depository receipts held in the Shanghai market for the first 20 trading days (including the base date) with July 30, 2020, the two trading days before the initial inquiry began, and the placement targets of other offline investors and unrestricted depository receipts in the Shanghai market should be 60 million yuan (inclusive) or more. Taking into account the initial number of shares issued offline and Societe Generale Securities's valuation of the issuer, the lead underwriter set the minimum number of shares to be purchased for a single placement target designated by the offline investor at 1 million shares, and the minimum unit of change in the proposed number of shares to be purchased was set at 100,000 shares, that is, the portion of the proposed subscription amount of a single placement target specified by an offline investor exceeding 1 million shares must be an integer multiple of 100,000 shares.
