The National Institute of higher Education, which offers a four-to five-year undergraduate program and a graduate degree offered by the Ministry of Education, consists of a combination of vocational and vocational colleges, and an independent vocational college (including Zengcheng campus and Fufu campus): an institution of higher education, which provides a three-year vocational program and grants the Ministry of Education a master's degree. And independent technical colleges (including Zengcheng campus and floating campus): civilian technical schools mainly provide three-year full-time vocational courses, and provide technical training courses recognized by provincial human resources and social security, as well as short-term enhanced vocational programs. As of October 31, 1919, the total number of students in the three schools was 40627.
