The Group engages in private higher education and vocational education, providing courses focused on applied science and oriented towards practice. As of October 31 this year, there were more than 40,000 students enrolled in the Group's three schools (namely Huali College, Huali Vocational College, and Huali College of Engineers). According to Frost & Sullivan's report, based on the number of students enrolled, by the end of 2018, the group ranked second among all private vocational education service providers in South China and fourth among all private higher education service providers in the South China region.
The Group designs a variety of professional and practical work-oriented courses to meet the needs of potential employers in the Pearl River Delta region. Its schools provide private higher education and private vocational education in a number of applied science fields, with the aim of enabling students to obtain the knowledge base, professional skills and professional certifications necessary for job hunting and business development in specific occupations and industries.

The three schools run by the group are located in Guangzhou and Yunfu in Guangdong Province. The group plans to expand into other cities in Guangdong Province in the future. The group anticipates that the vast majority of business may be concentrated in Guangdong Province in the future. Therefore, any factor that affects the social, economic or political development of the region, as well as any law in the field of education that imposes additional restrictions on the group, may adversely affect its business performance.
