Comprehensive Overview

The Group is a provider of design and construction solutions services for exterior wall engineering and permanent gondola engineering in Hong Kong. Its services include design, drawing up construction drawings and carrying out structural calculations, procurement of building materials and permanent gondolas, installation and logistics arrangement services, site project supervision, post-completion maintenance services and project management. In addition, the Group also provides a smaller number of one-time maintenance and maintenance services for exterior wall works, and a smaller number of one-time and routine maintenance services for permanent gondola works.

According to Ipsos reports, the group is the only service provider in Hong Kong that provides one-stop exterior wall engineering and permanent gondola engineering design and construction solutions.

Risk Factors

For each of the three years ended December 31, 2018 and the four months ended April 30, 2019, the revenue split from the five major customers accounted for approximately 86.0%, 87.1%, 82.2% and 84.4% of the group's total revenue. If the Group is unable to maintain business relationships or obtain new business with such clients, its operating results and financial performance may be affected.
