Summary of duties
The bazaar is a long-established operator of residential care homes in Hong Kong, providing a wide range of elderly services for the elderly, including: (I) provision of accommodation, professional care and care services, nursing management, medical services, physical and occupational care services, psychological and social care services, personal planning and rehabilitation services; and (ii) sale of health and medical products and provision of extra health care services to residents. As at the latest practicable date, there are a total of eight residential care homes for the elderly, with a total of 1129 residential care places (excluding cubicles), spanning four districts in Hong Kong under the brand names of "Fai To homes", "Kato Ka Ka", "Tsuen Wai Home for the elderly", "Tsuen Wan Centre" and "Chung Shan Mansion in Cannes", all with the same logo.

After more than 27 years of experience in the market, we have established well-known brands and set up a network of residential care homes for the elderly to participate in the improvement plan.
More than half of the residential care places are offered by the Hong Kong Government, including well-known brands of residential care homes for the elderly, and seven of the eight residential care homes for the elderly participate in the improvement scheme.
Residential care homes for the elderly are strategically located in close to inexpensive residential areas in private and public housing estates to provide elderly care services to customers.
Negative factor
If the licence of a residential care home for the elderly is suspended, renewed or renewed, the residential care home will be affected.
Most of the income depends on the Social Welfare Department.
As all the properties used in residential care homes for the elderly are leased, there is no guarantee that the rental will be successfully renewed or will not be terminated in advance.
The purpose of the income
About 73.8% will be used to establish six new residential care homes for the elderly.
About 23.3% for renewal and upgrading of residential care homes for the elderly
About 1.3% is used for upgrading information technology infrastructure.
About 1.6% is used for general financial assistance.
