WMCH Global Investment is a company that provides civil and structural engineering enquiry services mainly in Singapore and Vietnam. The collection mainly provides customers with query services for traditional and PPVC projects, which involves structural engineering, geotechnical engineering and civil engineering, as well as other services including overall planning query service, structure checking and visual inspection of existing buildings. The collection items are residential, industrial, commercial and government-related projects. The main customers of the fair are the main contractors in Singapore and the developers in Vietnam. As at December 31, 2018, there were 86 civil and structural engineering query services in the collection.

About 5.6% is used for the research and development of PPVC special technology.

About 3.9% is used for sales and sales.

About 2.7% is used to set up fellowships for students of Singapore National University for civil engineering and structural engineering in Singapore.

About 9.8% is used for general financial assistance.
