As of December 31, 2017, Jiji is the leading institution of civilian regular higher education in Zhejiang Province, China, in terms of the number of students; it is the largest institution of non-governmental higher education in Zhejiang Province and the fourth largest institution of regular higher education in Zhejiang Province, with a total of 10874 students. In addition to providing higher education services, the bazaar also provides secondary education services to high school students in Zhejiang Province. During the previous training period and up to July 5, 2018, the cluster control and training schools, namely Changzheng College (53.62% owned by Jiahong Holdings) and Lean Middle School. In addition, there is a joint school, that is, the School of Information Business. Since July 6, 2018, the School of Information Business has incorporated the programs of the School of Information Business into the curriculum of the collection, and has controlled and operated three schools.

About 40.0% is spent on exhibition services, including the establishment of a new campus of the Information Business College in Kaifeng City, Henan Province, and the establishment of a new campus of Changzheng College in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province.

About 10.0% is used for general financial assistance.
