The collection is a leisure travel collection located in Saipan and related, and its services can be divided into hotel and resort division, high-end hotel retail division and destination service division. Negative factor

The hotels and resorts are located on the leased land. If the collection company fails to renew any such land lease during the lease term, it will lose the right to operate the relevant hotels and resorts and lose most of its revenue. The relevant land lease agreements of Fiesta Resort Saipan and Kanoa Resort are due to expire on 30 June 2021 and 30 June 2024 respectively.
