The shares sold were equivalent to the target company Swire Pacific Holdings Inc. (in Swire Coca-Cola, USA (operated under the name Pacific Coca Cola in the US) has all issued share capital at a cash cost of 3.9 billion US dollars (subject to adjustment). Based on this, the National Integrated Circuit Industry Fund II will participate as a strategic investor in recommending the issuance of RMB shares to purchase RMB shares with a total subscription amount not exceeding RMB 3 billion under the issuance of RMB shares.

Revenue rose 3.5% year on year to about RMB 16.774 billion (same unit), operating profit increased 10.0% year on year to about RMB 2,826 billion, profit due to equity shareholders of the company increased 3.7% year on year to about RMB 2,1386 billion. The basic profit per share was 19.75 points, with a proposed final dividend of HK13.5 cents per share.

5. IGG Profit Alert: Expected medium term net loss of about HK$400 million
