According to the Zhitong Finance App, Minsheng International (00938) announced the full-year results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2023. The company achieved an 18% year-on-year increase in revenue to HK$137 million, and shareholders' share losses increased 30% year-on-year to HK$483 million, with a loss of HK$0.75 per share.

According to the announcement, the increase in shareholders' share losses was mainly due to a decrease of HK$194 million in fair value of invested properties; loss of HK$46.994 million in impairment losses from holding and selling properties; and HK$168 million in financial costs.
