A total of 73 creditors with a total principal amount of HK$931,304,518 voted in favor of the restructuring plan claim (accounting for 87.93% of the total value of unpaid restructuring plan claims) Plan.

As a result, the reorganization plan has been approved by the majority of creditors required by law.
