Summary of duties

The collection provides subcontractors with foundation works related services in Hong Kong, including ELS works, cap construction and demolition works, underground drainage works, earthworks and structural reinforcement works and other services. In addition, the market also rents machinery to third-party construction companies. In 2015, 2016, 2017 and the eight months ended November 2017, 13, 11, 12 and several projects were completed respectively. As at 14 May 2018, there were 32 agreements on the market, with a total value of HK $459 million.
