Summary of duties

Construction Holdings is a joint contractor providing construction and ancillary services, as well as urgent repair services in Macau. Since its establishment in 2006, the services of the project have been used in various buildings and construction projects related to hotels and resorts, water supply facilities, public facilities and public utilities such as walkways, sidewalks, drains and sewers. The customers of the collection projects include the owners of hotels and resorts or their main contractors, power and water companies, and the Macau government or its main contractors.

Negative factor

Most of the income comes from contracts granted by a small number of customers, and if the number of independent customers is greatly reduced, the operating conditions and operating expenses of the collection may be significantly affected.

Credit transactions for face-to-face exchanges and other receivables

Income mainly comes from non-routine items, and there is no guarantee that customers will provide new services to the collection.

The purpose of the income

About 55% is used to provide financial support for the performance guarantee of future projects.

About 20% is used in foreign machinery and equipment.

About 15% is used to further replenish manpower.

About 10% is spent on general financial assistance.
