(1) the company's products have passed the product testing and verification of many international well-known electrical appliance manufacturers, such as General Electric Co (GE) testing of its products in accordance with aviation standards. The company's laboratory has obtained the WTDP (eyewitness laboratory) certificate of UL certification company and the TDAP (test data accreditation laboratory) certificate of VDE certification company. It is one of the few motor manufacturers with the above two certification certificates in China. The independent testing results of the products in the company's laboratory are approved by UL certification company and VDE certification company, and there is no need to entrust a third party to test.
(2) the product characteristics and price positioning of micro-special motor determine that only when the production of micro-special motor reaches a certain production scale, can it effectively reduce the fixed cost and produce scale effect and market effect. At present, the company has an annual production capacity of more than 33 million sets of micro-special motors, of which the annual production and sales of single-phase shield motors are more than 26 million. (3) the company has advanced CNC machining center, Shadike slow walking wire and other mold processing equipment, so it can independently design and manufacture the precision tools and moulds needed for production. Most of the motor components are processed by themselves, which not only reduces the product manufacturing cost, but also speeds up the speed and ability of new product technology development, but also improves the product quality assurance ability. In addition, the company introduced CTF semi-automatic assembly line and Masley wire package automatic production line, which can effectively save labor costs, improve the consistency of product quality, organize production more flexibly and better meet customer needs.
