Tian Li Baiqin Oil Field Service is a high-end oil field service provider installed by the head office in China, focusing on (I) providing query services, (ii) drilling, completion and production of oil field projects, and (iii) selling oil field service tools and equipment. In the nine months ended September 30, 2012, the company's oil field project services accounted for about 84.7% of its total revenue, consulting services accounted for about 8.3%, and oil field project services accounted for 7%. In terms of oil field project services, which is the main source of its revenue, the company mainly contracted Sinopec to provide multi-stage fracturing services for 40 wells in the Ordos Basin in November 2012, with a contract expected to be HK $1.213 million. As at December 31, 2012, the total net income of the company's active projects was HK $4.815 million, of which $99.11 million was recognised in 2012, while the remaining $3.824 million is expected to be confirmed in 2013.

According to statistics, the company's income for the three years ended December 31, 2011 and the nine months ended September 30, 2012 were HK $2.867 million, HK $5.583 million, HK $5.595 million and HK $5.711 million respectively. In the same period, the profits were HK $7.70 million, HK $8.46 million, HK $921 million and HK $1.072 million, respectively.
