Of this, Langham Hotel's revenue accounted for 35.8%, Langham Hotel accounted for 43.0% of revenue, and Yidong Hotel accounted for 21.2%. The company's total operating profit was 441 million yuan. Due to the company's rising average rent and good cost control, the operating profit margin continued to rise. The company's total operating profit margins in the past three years were 24.6%, 29.6%, and 31.1% respectively. The average occupancy rate was 89.8%. According to the prospectus, within the seven months from the end of May to the end of December this year, considering that Yingjun abandons the distribution portion, the distribution forecast for each unit is 0.182 yuan, which is equivalent to an annualized dividend rate of 5.73 to 6.6%.
