Founded by Macau Li Chun, one of the leading owners of entertainment and entertainment gaming facilities in Macau. The company currently has two major properties, one is the Macau Land Plaza Hotel and the other is the Macau Fisherman's Wharf. The company's business includes (i) operating hotels, entertainment and leisure facilities within its property and (ii) providing gaming services to the Australian Expo at the two major entertainment venues of its property. The company does not hold any grants or transfers of casino games operated by the Macau Government to operate casino betting and other opportunity gaming games in Macau. In the three years ending at the end of December 2012, the company's revenue split was approximately $1,095 million, $1,366 million, and $1,501 million; over the same period, the consolidated revenue split was approximately $497 million, $648 million, and $535 million.
In the year ending December 2012, the company's asset liability ratio was 32.6%, while the total asset return was about 6.8%.
