Matters: The 2013 interim report of Chengdu Road and Bridge announced that the company's total operating income was 2,578 billion yuan, up 98.55% year on year; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 174 million yuan, up 105.51% year on year, and basic income per diluted share was 0.52 yuan; the company's 2013 interim profit distribution plan is based on the total share capital of August 28, 2013, to transfer 8 shares for every 10 shares to all shareholders using the capital reserve fund. We expect the EPS for 13-14 to be 0.92 and 1.18 yuan, giving PE 15 times that of 2013, with a target price of 13.80 yuan to maintain the “buy” investment rating. 6.
