Company introduction
Yiyi Holdings mainly engages in the construction business in Hong Kong as the chief contractor. The company's core business is to provide civil engineering construction services to the public and private sectors of Hong Kong, including water works, road and drainage works, landslide prevention, slope and mound wall repair work, and civil engineering for public facilities in the public and private sectors of Hong Kong. Furthermore, the company is also engaged in building construction and maintenance business, but in order to clearly plan the business activities of the branch office and Yingxin Retention Group, the company will stop all building construction and maintenance business after the completion of the seven projects in Tsuen Wan. During the track record period, the company completed a total of nine projects, eight of which were civil engineering construction projects and the other one was a building construction project. As of the end of July this year, the company had 13 major projects under construction.
For the three years ended March 31, 2013, and for the four months ended July 30, 2013, the company's revenue was $673.2 million, $690.0 million, $984.3 million, and $654.0 million. In the same period, the company's net profit was 25.0 million yuan, 28.2 million yuan, 40.1 million yuan and 12.7 million yuan.
