Company introduction

Pan Asia Environment International is a leading landscape design service provider in China and Hong Kong. Its business mainly includes landscape assessment, planning, design and other related consulting. The various landscape design projects undertaken by the Group can be divided into four main categories, including (i) tourism and hotel projects; (ii) infrastructure and public space projects; (iii) commercial and multi-use development projects; and (iv) residential development projects. The group provides landscape design services to over 600 clients in China and Hong Kong. The main clients include the Chinese and Hong Kong governments, public institutions, private real estate developers, national real estate developers, construction companies, urban planning companies, construction companies and engineering companies.

As of December 31, 2011, 2012 and December 31, 2013, the company's total revenue was HK$179.23 million, HK$172.41 million, and HK$217.05 million. In the same period, the company's annual profit was HK$34.32 million, HK$25.94 million, and HK$37.77 million.

Assumed use of proceeds

Assuming that the over-allotment rights were not exercised, the net proceeds from the sale of shares were estimated to be approximately HK$88.8 million based on the median sale price of HK$1.10 per share.
