According to the Sino report, by sales volume, Digiton was the largest mobile communications chain store and the third largest aircraft retailer in China in 2013. The company maintains its leading position in the mobile communication equipment industry in China through the sale and distribution of mobile communication equipment and accessories and the provision of value-added services. Over the years, the company has used this to earn commissions and establish long-term strategic cooperative relationships with China Mobile, China Unicom, and China Telecom Development, and the company has benefited from this. The company currently provides customers with more than 2,000 international and domestic brand phones of different standards and brands. The company provides personalized value-added services, which mainly include software and mobile application packages and mobile phone configuration services.

A large portion of the company's sales revenue is generated through O2O platforms, which include (i) offline channels, mainly including the company's physical retail and distribution networks; and (ii) online channels, which mainly include e-commerce sales platforms and other virtual platforms. According to the Sino report, in terms of the number of retail stores, the company has the largest physical retail and distribution network among China Mobile Communications chain stores. As of April 30, 2014, the Company's offline channels comprised the following networks: (i) physical retail and distribution networks covering 1,512 stores; and (ii) wholesale distribution networks that supply mobile equipment and accessories in bulk to mobile operators and other third party retailers.
