The Company Profile Group is one of the leading integrated interior decoration contractors in Hong Kong and Macau. It specializes in providing professional interior decoration projects for residential properties and hotel projects. The Group has been operating interior decoration projects in Hong Kong since 1996, and further expanded the interior decoration business to Macau in 2005. According to the Ipsos report, in 2014, in terms of revenue, the group was the largest interior decoration project contractor in Hong Kong and Macau, accounting for about 6.1% and 15.5% of the Hong Kong market share and the Macau market share, respectively. For the year ended 2012, 2013, December 31, 2014 and for the eight months ended August 31, 2015, the Group's revenue breakdown was approximately HK$1,752.99 million, HK$1,632.29 million, HK$2,336.71 million and HK$2,701.25 million. The net profit breakdown was approximately HK$110.07 million, HK$143.28 million, HK$177.88 million, and HK$272.68 million. The intended use of the proceeds assumes that the over-allotment rights have not been exercised. Based on the median sale price of HK$1.38 per share, it is estimated that the amount of proceeds from the sale of shares is approximately HK$626.4 million.
