Company introduction

The company's main business is to manufacture and sell wood-based plywood and wood biogas in China. Among them, plywood products mainly use wood as raw materials, including furniture board, raw wood board and solid wood plywood board, which is the main source of revenue for the company, accounting for more than 70% of the total revenue. In 2014, the company's plywood brand "Boyi" won the top 10 brand name in the stock evaluation conducted by China Timber Company. According to the Ipsos report, the top five companies in the plywood market accounted for about 0.65% of the bank's total revenue, while the company ranked fourth in terms of market share, which accounted for the total income of the Bank of China in 2015. For the years ended December 31, 2013, 2014 and 2015 and the six months ended June 30, 2016, the company's income was 166.1 million yuan, 317.0 million yuan, 380.9 million yuan and 208.5 million yuan, respectively. In the same period, the profits of the company were 203 million yuan, 389 million yuan, 4.52 million yuan and 268 million yuan, respectively.
