According to the announcement on December 16, 2016, Shenzhen Saige and Tianjin Alliance e-sports Internet Technology Co., Ltd. ("Alliance e-sports") jointly invested 24.8 million yuan to set up Shenzhen Saige Alliance e-sports Co., Ltd. (Saige Alliance e-sports) to carry out the e-competition hall project. Among them, the company contributed 13.64 million yuan, accounting for 55% of the shares.
