Credit Suisse issued a report that Orange Sky Golden Harvest (01132.HK) outperformed the market for the first time, with a target price of 1.10 yuan, which means there is still 80% upside.
The bank pointed out that the Group is a major cinema chain operator in the mainland, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore. Although its overseas business is dominant, mature and profitable, the Group's China business is also seen as a growth driver.
The bank said that because of the high quality of its cinemas, which is expected to be worth 6.7 billion yuan, it is believed that the group's assets will be favored by larger operators. Revenue and earnings are expected to grow at a compound annual rate of 35 per cent and 138 per cent respectively in 2015-17.
