Goldman Sachs published a report raising the target price of Mongolian coking coal companies from 7.3 yuan to 8.5 yuan, reaffirming the “buy” rating.
According to the report, the company's performance last year beat expectations and was also superior to its peers, mainly driven by higher-than-expected sales growth.
Goldman Sachs expects that the profit margin before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization of Mongjiao coal companies will increase significantly this year, and that the basic profit per share during the 2011-13 period will increase 88% per year.
